Overall
Nextiva is a good choice for smaller businesses. It is easy to use and has enough features to meet the needs of most small businesses.
However it does have a few issues that keep it from being great. Its 4GB file size limit is one as is the fact that you have to download several software packages to take advantage of all its features.
